Tapas Definition - Spanich snacks...

As many of you already know, JAROblue closed its doors for good on May 19, 2012. We have immensely enjoyed serving you at JARO for the last 5 years and it is with some sadness that we are closing. However, we are all excited for what the future has to bring. We would like to thank all of you for your patronage over the years. Many of you have become friends and we'll miss seeing you on a regular basis.

JAROblue is a contemporary tapas lounge located on Calgary’s trendy 17th Avenue.  Our tapas are a globally inspired collection of offerings created for sharing with your companions in modern surroundings designed by the prestigious Calgary design firm MDB and furnished by Domicile Interiors.  The photographs of the Sable Island wild horses captured by Roberto Dutesco that dominate the room are awe inspiring.

With our emphasis on top quality fresh ingredients and constantly changing menu we strive to provide an unforgettable experience, whether you are here for a quick bite to eat or an entire evening out.  Complementing the food is an extensive wine list featuring many renowned wines from around the world, as well as a selection of creative cocktails.

Our cozy south facing patio on 17th Avenue is an ideal place to enjoy an evening cocktail and watch the world go by.

Happy Hour at JAROblue!
